There are lots of sites on the web which claim to show you how to install a new water heater. Typically, they have about four steps. Turn off the water, remove old water heater, install new water heater, turn on the water. That doesn’t begin to describe the reality of what is actually involved.
I like the fact I earn about $10/mo from this site so it will pay back the cost of the water heater. It also is a demonstration of how writing about commonplace things can start to build an annuity type income stream.
Don’t ever think knowledge like this is trivial and that everyone knows it. They don’t and will reward you for writing about it.
