Wood Mouldings
Wood mouldings were important in the trimout and final appearance of craftsman style and other homes built in the early part of the 1900’s. Stickley’s Craftsman style in particular made heavy use of wood and wood moldings to achieve it’s characteristic look.
We published a 1927 home builders catalog to showcase all the beautiful wood work. Modern home renovators can go there to see what was available at the time.
The book had a 30 page section with renderings of all the wood mouldings available at the time. However, we thought those pages would get lost on that site and will be publishing them at WoodMouldingsorg where they will be more visible.
