At the time I registered it I was thinking of Phoenix, USA. That is a community which is currently having a lot of issues with a declining real estate market, but that should make the demand for used auto parts increase.
Years ago, when I was buying used cars, the Phoenix auto auction was a popular place for car dealers to go to purchase nice, low mileage family cars. That was because the “Snowbirds” from the midwest all went to Phoenix for the winter and some of them died there. Their vehicles then showed up at the auction.
However, Phoenix is also used in the sense of the mythical Phoenix that rose from the ashes after death.
